Sen. Franken went to the Senate floor today to speak out in favor of the DISCLOSE Act. The bill was introduced to combat the harmful impacts of the Supreme Court’s Citizens United decision that allows corporations, including foreign entities, and other special interests to spend unlimited sums to influence elections.
