U.S. and Colombia vs. Venezuela?

Colombia and the United States have signed an agreement that would grant the United States access to seven military bases in the South American country. The two countries say that this is all part of an effort to boost anti-drug and counterinsurgency operations. This deal, however, is not going over too well with leaders like Hugo Chavez who say that this pact will destabilize the region. RT’s Dina Gusovsky speaks to author and journalist Eva Golinger from Caracas, Venezuela.
