Many people are blaming each other over this issue. Sarah Palin is blaming the environmentalists, BP is blaming other companies like Haliburton, Obama is blaiming BP and ultimately no one is taking FULL responsibility. It is easiest to say BP is to blame. But, is anyone else responsible too? Who is at fault?
