This is the first article in a new section of IronBar Fitness. We will be starting a section of reviews of different events, supplements, workouts, etc. Basically anything to do with the human body, performance, powerlifting, or anything our members feel is note worthy. I chose this first article as an Exhibit I was to recently at the Mall of America. The review won’t be to long but will get across the main point.
